They implemented a new system, that you have to take a number just like the real DMV. The wait time is 3 hours, just horrendous. Everyone was very rude and not informative.I do not recommend this place. Three hour wait, just go to the DMV.

So convenient for us commercial drivers that have way more things to renew, certify, verify and update on A regular basis. Workers here are very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very helpful. Such a blessing not to have to wait all day in a regular DMV line for as much as we have to do. Especially when some of us are gone three weeks out of any given month or longer. Nice to be able to walk in and get things done.
