Inspire Shoes at 415 Parkway Plaza, El Cajon, California.

On May 27th I purchased a beautiful par of shoes. When I tried them on at the store I was so caught up with how they looked on me that I didn't notice how high the heels were. I put the them in the closet until I tried the them on with my dress at which time I realized that this "65" year old woman wouldn't be able to walk in them at the upcoming weddings I am to attend. I went to the store to "exchange" them for a shoe with a smaller heel. the girl told me that without a receipt she wouldn't be able to help me. which I understood however, I only wanted to exchange them, not to get any $$ back. This is the first time in all my years that I wasn't able To do an even exchange. I gave it 1star for the sweet young lady that helped me and another star for the beautiful shoes they sell. The shoe quality and the prices far exceed the prices in all the other big name stores. I hope I don't kill myself in thesevery high heels. Sorry so long but I had to vent and this is the first review I have ever written. Pam Cox
