Happy Car Wash at 126 W Bradley Ave, El Cajon, California.

I've gotten my oil changes here for a while simply because it was close to work, and a free car wash to go with it felt like a pretty good deal. Well today my wife took the car because i was busy, and they decided that we needed two air filters replaced and charged her an extra $60+ for it, when i know that the parts are around $10 and the labor is literally 2 minutes of work that anyone can do. A great way to lose customers is by preying on people who are unsure of what they are doing, convincing them to buy additional services than what they came in for, and then price gouging them on it. I doubt I'll be coming back.
